Really friendly and helpful

Full repair. I broke down in Dorset. It was late and the guy went out of his way to help. He ordered the parts that evening and started the repair that evening. The day after, I was on my way home. He even lent me a loan car overnight to get me to my destination and get back the next day. Really friendly and helpful - even showed me my broken parts.
